Net sentiment scoreA single metric representing overall sentiment across all customer feedback, typically ranging from -1 (very negative) to 1 (very positive), with 0 indicating neutrality.
Sentiment percentage scoreAn aggregate metric ranging from 0% to 100% that reflects the overall positive, negative, or neutral sentiment expressed across all customer feedback.
